The Lone Soldier Project of The Israel Forever Foundation is working with the Hillel at George Washington University to organize a Shabbat dinner focused on Lone Soldier awareness. One of the students organizing the Shabbat has a brother currently serving as a Lone Soldier, and he wants to share with the GW community who Lone Soldiers are and what they do. One of the goals of the evening is for students to hear from a former Lone Soldier first-hand about the experience, and also learn how they can support in various ways, even through sending a note.
