The Balfour Declaration – 100 Years On Its significance of what it began and what it begot Where is Zionism today ideologically, culturally and politically. The Road Ahead….. Our three panelists are: Prof. Gerald Steinberg from Bar Ilan University is the founder and president of the NGO Monitor, that exposes distortions of human rights issues in the Arab-Israeli conflict and provides information and context for the benefit of NGOs working in the Middle East. He is in the forefront of exposing the anti-Israel agendas of NGOs in their ‘War against Israel” born out of the infamous Durban Conference of 2001. Dr. Elana Heiderman is the Executive Director of the Israel Forever Foundation. A recipient of the Herzl Prize, Elana contributes her skills in leadership training programs throughout Israel, the USA, the UK, South Africa, Australia, South America, India, and Jordan. Her innovative initiatives aim to deepen Holocaust awareness, to expand respect for Israel, and to strengthen Jewish identity around the world. Dr. David Breakstone is Vice Chairman of the Jewish Agency, former Vice Chairman of the World Zionist Organization and Founding Director of the Herzl Museum and Educational Center. He has published extensively on Jewish education, Israel-Diaspora relations, Zionism, and Conservative Judaism.
