Rosh Hashanah, the beginning of the Jewish year is almost here. Rosh Hashanah is a time for joy, celebration, food and family. It is also a time for introspection, consideration of the year completed and the year to come, our Jewish identity and how we are connected to our people and the Jewish homeland – Israel.
We hope all of Am Yisrael, around the world, will have a good and fruitful year ahead.
May you be happy and healthy, safe from harm, enriched by the legacy we all belong to and empowered with knowledge of all the wonderful ways Judaism and Israel are making the world a better place.

Rosh Hashanah should remind us of our origins as a people and our shared heritage in spite of being scattered across the four corners of the earth. With everything happening in the world, how can we afford NOT to include also a reflection of how our connection to Israel, our ancient homeland, can be emphasized, celebrated, strengthened in our hearts, in our homes, our communities, and with our family and friends?
