Israel Forever

Shalom,

The time between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur is a time of introspection, asking for forgiveness and seeing how we can be better in the year to come.

During these High Holy Days even the most secular of Jews tend to stop and recognize our ancient traditions and legacy, attend synagogue services and fast on Yom Kippur. In Israel, for many, it is also a time to remember family and friends killed in the terrible Yom Kippur War of 1973.

No matter how you express your Judaism, this special time of the year gives us all an opportunity to examine our individual lives, how we can improve our relationships with each other and deepen our connection to Am Yisrael and Eretz Yisrael.

In the year ahead, how can we be better? How can we improve the connection our youth have to their Jewish identity? What is our part in the fight against antisemitism and threats to the Jewish homeland? We hope that the material we have prepared for you will inspire you to find answers to these questions and more.
