When you travel to other places, you are out of your element but in Israel it is a completely different experience. I felt connected in a way I don't in other places around the world.

We were shown around, and it hit me. It hit all of us.

The lengths and treatment they go to at that hospital are all about the children and their families, about the importance of a life well and truly lived by each and every child as is their RIGHT as human beings.

Tala and Taha represent the hope for a brighter and better future for this world. It is one of the many reasons I have chosen to ride in the Wheels of Love charity ride and I am proud to be riding for such a remarkable cause that will help ALYN continue to spread its message of love, strength and hope.

I moved to Israel and fulfilled my dream of leaving my monotonous life for a life filled with passion for this Land of Israel.

I’m an Israeli-American, and I will forever be remembered as such. I made the choice; the choice to learn, to struggle, to fight and to defend - just as the ALYN children do every day.

It is very clear why ALYN stands for All the Love You Need; you can feel the love in the air and in the eyes of everyone you meet – doctors, patients and families alike.

I could not think of a more appropriate way of combining my values and my passions. The ALYN Wheels of Love charity ride encompasses everything I believe in and my love for Israel - the land, the people and the ideology.
