Ktzizot - Mini Burgers
Ingredients
● 2 kilo ground beef
● 1 onion, roughly chopped
● 2 cloves garlic, finely minced or crushed
● 1/4c parsley, roughly chopped
● 1 tbsp allspice
● 1 tbsp hawaijj Ethiopian spice
● 1 tsp ground ginger
● 2 tsp soy sauce
● 1 tsp dijon mustard
● 2 tsp salt
● 1 egg
Directions
- Mix well and leave overnight in refrigerator.
- Shape into patties and bring to room temperature before laying gently al ha’esh.
- Turn every 2 minutes until medium rare.
