Siniyeh: Ground Meat with Cherry Tomatoes and Tahini


This delicious recipe is easy to make and is the perfect companion to a Passover meal.

Here's what you will need: tomatoes, lemons, tahinia, fresh thyme, garlic cloves, red onions, ground meat (30% fat), cinnamon, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, a large pyrex dish and about an hour of time.

Stuffed Spring Chicken with Dried Fruits and Rosemary


This stuffed spring chicken is the perfect combination of tangy, sweet, savory and aromatic.

This is what you will need: spring chicken (boneless), fresh rosemary, pitted prunes, apricots and raisins, garlic cloves, olive oil, cinnamon, coriander seeds, salt and pepper to taste, aluminum foil and about two and a half hours.

Stuffed Artichoke with Chicken Liver Pate


This super simple recipe packs a big punch of flavor making for the perfect appetizer.

This is what you will need: artichoke bottoms, chicken livers, red onion, honey, salt and pepper to taste, aluminum foil, a saucepan, deep bowl, baking sheet and about an hour of free time.

Baked Beets Salad with Walnuts, Fresh Fennel, and Basil


Refreshing and bursting with flavor, this special recipe will be talked about long after it is eaten. 

Gather together: beets, fennel, walnuts, fresh basil, garlic cloves, green chili, lemons, olive oil, honey, salt and pepper to taste, aluminum foil, a saucepan, deep bowl, baking sheet and about an hour and a half of free time.
