The Declaration for Jewish Rights

This Declaration is an affirmation of Jewish Rights, as set forth by the ancient and modern declarations that have cemented these rights in international law. This declaration is a statement on behalf of Jews and non-Jews from around the world who stand in solidarity with Israel, the Jewish nation, and the historical rights of the people to their indigenous homeland.

For over 3000 years, the Land of Israel has been internationally recognized as the ancestral and indigenous homeland of the Jewish people. For generations, Jews have remained connected through our eternal bond as a nation.

Declarations of international recognition have occurred throughout the years - from Cyrus to Napoleon - and were transformed into a movement for reestablishment of a sovereign Jewish state. Over one hundred years ago, Lord Arthur James Balfour, Foreign Secretary of the United Kingdom, declared his support for Jewish nationalistic aspirations on behalf of His Majesty's Government. His declaration was later reaffirmed by the international community at the Treaty of Sevres (1919), San Remo (1920), the League of Nations (1922) and the United Nations in 1947 and the establishment of the modern State of Israel in 1948.

So, too, we declare our commitment to Jewish national rights and sovereignty in the ancestral and indigenous homeland of the Jewish People. In the spirit of the leaders throughout the generations, our signatures are testament to our commitment to the democratic State of Israel, the historic homeland of the Jewish people.

We recognize that the Jewish homeland provides freedom and rights to any race, ethnicity, and religion.

We will ensure Israel remains our present and future home.

We declare a commitment to the values set forth in the declaration of independence, and in the Torah thousands of years prior, which the rights of the Jewish Nation by God, documented throughout history, evidenced by archeology, and affirmed what do you think through the indigenous rights of every nation to sovereignty in their ancestral homeland.

We declare that Jewish justice and human rights are deserved as for all peoples, for all indigenous nations.

We deny the right of the historical revisionists determined to negate historical facts about Israel or the Jewish people.

We stand against terrorism, incitement and Antisemitism in any form and declare our commitment to defeating the trends and manifestations of hatred that deny Jewish indigenous national rights, determined as Antisemitic according to the definition by the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA l) and hence legally adopted by the British Government.

We declare our commitment to the State of Israel as a Jewish and democratic state that upholds the ideals set forth by Balfour for Israel, in which, “nothing shall be done which may prejudice the civil and religious rights of existing non- Jewish communities in Palestine or the rights and political status enjoyed by Jews in any other country."

We deny the right of any body, organization, or nation state to distort the truths of civil and ideological values upon which the Jewish state stands.

We deny the right of any body or organization or nation state to falsely claim libel of apartheid, war crimes, murder or persecution of any peoples living within her borders who are provided the same freedoms as all Jewish citizens.

We declare our commitment to defeat the efforts to undermine, isolate, delegitimize and dehumanize Israel, her citizens and nationhood.

We call on Israel’s neighbors to recognize Israel as the national homeland of the Jewish People and that it has the same legitimacy as the many countries in the world that are defined according to a religious, national or ethnic basis.

We call on international institutions to treat Israel fairly and equally and not single it out for discriminatory and unjust treatment.

We call on the nations of the world to assist Israel in achieving peace with its neighbors, a firm goal of the Zionist movement since its inception and a constant prayer and goal of the Jewish People.

Our voice stands as a recognition of the practical and strategic value of the Jewish State to history, humanity and civilization worldwide.

We have the pleasure and pride in conveying this declaration of affirmation of Jewish national rights and aspirations as integral to the movement for freedom and self determination through Zionism and the promotion of a strong and proud Jewish identity.
