Israel Forever Rocked the Square at JCCGW's Lag B'Omer Israel Fest 2014

The Israel Forever Foundation

May 19, 2014

On Sunday May 18th, The Israel Forever Foundation had the wonderful opportunity to present the work of our organization to the Greater Washington, DC community at The JCC of Greater Washington's Lag B'Omer Celebration at Rockville Town Center.

For several hours on this warm sunny day, throngs of people gathered to celebrate Israel at 66 and enjoy Israeli Dance performances and Israeli musicians, as they strolled among the various booths highlighting Jewish and Israeli culture.

A constant stream of people visited our Israel Forever table to sign up as Virtual Citizens of Israel, including former Israeli Deputy Ambassador Dan Arbel.

The highlight of our day was having so many people purchase our Plant Israel At Home™ wildflower seeds. It is incredibly fulfilling to know that in countless homes, gardens, schools, and offices around the region Israeli wildflowers will be blossoming.

Our hope is that as the flowers grow so will the personal connection to our Jewish homeland.
