Natasha Rosenstock Nadel is a mom, journalist and author, and makes fruits and vegetables fun for kids and easy for grownups! After a decade of research, reporting, eating, and reading she wrote The Healthy Mama’s Guide to feeding your family well – simply and sanely and The Healthy Family, Healthy You Cookbook. She has also contributed to approximately 20 national and regional newspapers, magazines, and blogs, including The Washington Post, Lilith, JTA, Na’amat Woman, Jewish Food Experience, Kveller, and The Jew & the Carrot.

Through her books, blog and workshops, she is building a community of support around eating well in her community and others; and looks to Israelis’ connection to their land and its fruit as an inspiration. She lives outside Washington, DC with her husband, son and daughter.
