HEALING HEARTS
Through the power of a shared connection as the nation of Israel, we can bring smiles to young and old, gifting a piece of our heart to another in need, uplifting the hearts of our fellow Jews in a personal and meaningful way, and healing our own heart through mindful artistic process.
Art, especially art of the heart, is a universal language of hope and healing. When we create, view, or receive art, we are exposed to a personal expression of love, pain, fear - the roller coaster of emotions that we all go through. When we share our creations, we discover the two-fold power of healing hearts - our own, and those who witness the creative message embodied within.
This booklet was created to inspire and comfort displaced families and other individuals suffering from the tragedy of October 7 and the ensuing Gaza war.
